All quotations are based on the specifications, quantity and material shared at the time of enquiry and remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

Terms & Conditions
Artwork approval
Production begins only after written approval of the digital proof. Errors approved by the client at proof stage cannot be reprinted free of charge.
Production tolerance
Minor variations in shade, size and quantity within accepted print industry tolerances are not treated as defects.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are shared per order and begin from the date of artwork approval and receipt of advance payment.
Payment
Orders are processed against the agreed advance, with the balance payable before dispatch unless separate credit terms are documented.
Intellectual property
Clients confirm they hold the rights to all logos, images and content supplied for printing.
